If you need to cancel an order you need to contact us click here asap so that we can stop your order from being dispatched and refund you.

100% Money Back Guarantee*. You may return new, unopened items sold by us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging and saleable condition. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by letter or e-mail, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

Once you have notified the us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
