Making A Purchase

Our online eCommerce shop is a totally secure environment where you can shop safe in the knowledge that no one can view details of your transactions

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept all major credit cards,Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Maestro. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, when we receive your order it will be processed by us in GB pounds (£). Your payment card company will then bill you in your "home currency". Please note that the exchange rate used on our Web Site may vary slightly from that used by your card processing company when they charge the items to your account.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and you will be refunded for those item/s.

However, in addition to these charges there are some parts of the world where we have to make an additional charge for postage. In this instance we will inform you, by return e-mail, of the costs involved and await your acceptance before continuing with the processing of your order.

Houses shipped will incure a charge for postage (due to the high costs involved). Charges will vary according to weight and destination but we will inform you by return e-mail of the costs involved and await your acceptance before continuing processing of your order.

For UK orders first class post or an equivalent service is used.

For overseas orders methods of delivery will vary depending on the size of package and destination. You will be informed of the method and the expected delivery time with the confirmation of your order.

For urgent orders we will be happy to quote for express delivery services.

Delivery Schedule

We will do our best to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 3-14 business days. International orders are generally received in under 4 - 28 days.

Tax Charges

If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. It is accepted by you that Tamer - The Dolls House Studio has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Tamer - The Dolls House Studio recommends that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes, duties or clearance charges that may be applicable to your on-line order. You will be the importer of the goods and responsible for any import VAT and duty that may be borne. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be borne by you, the customer.

Please note that when shipping goods from the UK, cross border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of the UK, you are deemed to be the importer.

Returns

Tamer- The Dolls House Studio abides by all relevant Consumer laws and directives and in some cases exceeds their requirements. All refunds must be requested by the customer before the 60th day after the purchase date. If refund is requested after the 60th day no monies will be refunded.
